Aston Villa Away Days Supporter Pictures from Crewe
After stuttering through preseason so far, Paul Lambert started the friendly against Crewe with his strongest starting line-up yet. The floodgates opened, as Villa raced to a 4-1 lead at half-time, in no small part to a Benteke hat-trick.
The 5-1 final result provided a perfect Villa away day for Villa supporter Michelle Rudd, who was seeing her Villa boys for the first time. Living in Preston, it was her Villa-supporting granddad who had first perked her interest. Thanks to Michelle for the snaps she took to mark the occasion at Alexandra Stadium. UTV
