Aston Villa Fans Receive a Blow in Terms of Spreading Season Ticket Cost

Zebra Finance Bolts

Aston Villa have confirmed this afternoon, along with the likes of Leeds United and Scunthorpe United that Zebra Finance, the credit company that had allowed fans to spread the cost of their season tickets has withdrawn from the football market.

This now means Villa supporters currently won’t have the option from now on to spread the cost of a season ticket, although the club will now pursue other credit options.

The club stresses that supporters who have already taken up the credit option via Zebra finance will be unaffected.

The club today issued the following statement:

Aston Villa Statement on Zebra Finance

Aston Villa can confirm that, along with a number of other high profile football clubs, the Club is temporarily unable to accept any applicants for credit on Early Bird Season Tickets.

The credit supplier, Zebra Finance, has had its funding ceased and the Club are currently exploring alternative credit solutions for season ticket purchases.

Supporters who have already taken up the finance option through Zebra are unaffected and fans can still continue to purchase early bird season tickets without a finance plan.
