Aston Villa’s Best FIFA Rated Player and Other Revelations

Aston Villa Player FIFA 19 Ratings

For those of you who have already played the FIFA 19 demo, it’s probably no surprise that when it comes to the highest rated FIFA 19 player in the current Aston Villa squad, it would be a loanee.

Gone are the days of Villa having any 80+ rated players and it’s Yannick Bolasie on 77, who comes out on top in the Aston Villa Player FIFA 19 Ratings.

Jack Grealish is considered Villa’s second best player with a score of 76, which to give it some context is the same as the current scores of former Villan’s Tom Cleverley, Ciarian Clark and Marc Albrighton. Grealish will no doubt hope that he can fulfil his potential and fast-track to the 80 mark, while at Villa. That’ll probably need for the club to be promoted to lay the foundations for his development, but here’s hoping.

Of the rankings the most dubious one is John McGinn, who has been short changed with a 71 rating. That should drastically improve next season, as should Tammy Abraham’s 74.

A symbol of Villa’s Championship demise according to the latest FIFA player scores, is the fact that if either Mathew Lowton or Karim El Ahmadi returned to the Villa squad, they would now be regarded Villa’s best player with a score of 78.

78, incidentally is Christian Benteke’s current score, after the Belgian suffered a recent drop in his overall ranking. Still, it’s three points higher than Villa’s current top ranking striker, Jonathan Kodjia (75).

Just when you thought you could never miss the Paul Lambert years, the FIFA 19 player rankings come along and suggest we never had it so good!
