Albert Adomah Aston VillaMy Old Man Said Podcast: Bumper Transfer Special

Greetings,

Thanks for your patience for the fourth episode of the My Old Man Said podcast. This episode is a little different. It’s more like an additional episode in which MOMS editor David Michael and Dan Rogers from the Villa Underground take an in-depth look at the rebuilding process over the summer transfer window. When Roberto Di Matteo and his team set about trying to turn the Villa first team from zeroes into heroes. In short, a team fit for promotion.

Recorded in the early hours, we discuss in some detail Villa’s summer transfer window. The show clocks in around an hour-and-a-half, so it’s double the length of a typical MOMS podcast show, so please bare that in mind (we normally clock in at 45 minutes).

We discuss the ins, the outs, and profile most of the Villa players in the context of the transfer window. As well as analysing what the newest acquisitions like Jonathan Kodjia and Albert Adomah will bring to the team, we discuss the plights of last summer’s failed transfers and also the situation with three particular players that stayed at Villa under different circumstances – Micah Richards, Jordan Ayew and Gabby Agbonlahor. We even talk about Jed Steer!
