Changes: Villa Park Expansion and Price Hike

Villa Park Expansion

www.astonvilla.wtf

Earlier this week, I launched a new weekly ad-free, clickbait-free, no BS newsletter www.astonvilla.wtf for Aston Villa supporters, to provide an insight into the core issues surrounding the club. A guaranteed lean and mean read to keep you informed on matters and give you information you might not know.

A lot is about to happen in the Villa universe in the near future, so I thought it would be a good time to provide a regular source of info that isn’t tainted by disinformation, social media farts, and doesn’t have the agenda of wanting your clicks for ad revenue.

In the first edition that was released, I outlined the timeline and happenings so far for the Villa Park expansion (which were pretty much confirmed the following evening at the Villa Fan Consultation Group meeting with Villa CEO, Christian Purslow) and there was also news of a potential new secondary ticket resale market sponsor.

The first edition included:

  • Timing of the North Stand rebuild
  • Scope of redevelopment
  • New appointment to help oversee development
  • Potential name of stand

The next edition of astonvilla.wtf will include an insight into Villa’s summer transfer window plans and other behind-the-scenes developments, while also casting an eye at what was said at the recent Villa Fan Consultation Group meeting with Christian Purslow.

So, if you haven’t all ready, have a read of the first edition and please do subscribe below, to get the next one delivered in your inbox later in the week.
